The Role: We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Domestic & International) Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai Work Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Industry: B2B Subscription Sales Company: Global Tenders Services Pvt. Ltd (TendersOnTime) About the Role: We seek energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with domestic and international B2B clients over the phone and email to promote and sell our global tender subscription services. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to B2B clients (domestic and international) Promote and sell TendersOnTime subscription services Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information Convert leads into successful deals Maintain CRM records accurately Build and maintain long-term client relationships Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets Coordinate internally for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM All Sundays Off Compensation & Benefits: 1. Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) 2. Performance-based incentives 3. Annual increment and appraisal policy 4. Health Insurance, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and 5.
