To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a process-driven Accounts Manager who can take full ownership of accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.What you’ll do: Manage day-to-day accounting – GL entries, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers Handle accounts payable & receivable, billing, and reconciliations Ensure timely monthly closures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Manage statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings Support audits with schedules and documentation Generate MIS reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow Implement internal controls and process improvementsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting5–7 years’ accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledgeExperience with Zoho Books (preferred) or similar systemsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently????
