Position Overview:
Insteel Engineers . Ltd. is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Business Development Executive Manager to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the PEB Construction, Building Materials, Roofing and Façade industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically execute business development initiatives across the assigned region.
Employ a variety of methods, including cold calls, online research, social media, and web
portals, to generate valuable leads.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural consultants, contractors,
builders, and developers.
- Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand our network and
enhance our industry presence.
- Prepare and diligently maintain MIS reports in the specified format, regularly updating the
CRM system for effective weekly review meetings.
- Thoroughly comprehend the scope of our work and provide valuable insights to the design
team for accurate project estimations and quotation preparation.
Monitor the status of project awards and proactively follow up to ensure timely progression.
Skillfully negotiate agreements and adhere to company standards in securing orders.
Rigorously track payments and engage in effective follow-up activities to ensure the timely
receipt of funds.
- Cultivate and manage key relationships and accounts to foster repeat business and long-term
partnerships.
- Continuously monitor and update competitor information through the maintenance of an
accurate MIS database.

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech - Mechanical/Civil Engineering, MBA/PGDM in Marketing
