Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment2-To handle customers enquirers in a friendly and professional manner.3. To match customer’s requirements with workers profiles4- To recommend most suitable workers to the employers and close the sales.5- To provide after-sales follow-up and service.6- To mediate between the Worker and employer when required.7- To handle embassy matters, administrative work and follow-up on billing and payments from clients5.Conducting skills testing, interviews. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Existing experience in recruitment sales or Overseas education counsellor.Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skillsAble to handle all FW (Foreign Worker ) and employer matters independently.Must Commit to work with us for longer period. Job hoppers don’t apply.Education does not matter for the right candidate.
