Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support on site: diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment
  • Responsible for all aspects of technical support for customers: escalations, fleet performance, proactive activities, system install schedules, programs and upgrades
  • Captures and collects issues and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems to design engineering
  • Attends Customer Field Issues meetings and presents updates on field issue resolution actions.
  • Supports NPI (New Product Introduction) at key customers
  • Conducts CE training as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Onsite Technical Product Support experience in installing and troubleshooting complex hardware equipment
  • Open to 60% travel to leading semiconductor chip manufacturing fabs overseas
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, and ability to work independently



Education:

Masters in Electrical/Mechanical Engg with 2+ years of work experience or Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical Engg with 5+ years of work experience
