Role Overview:

The
Junior
Import/Export Operations Executive will support the senior executive in all aspects of international documentation, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day export/import operations. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in international trade and operations within the healthcare/diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and organize standard export/import documentation: invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BOE, BL, and regulatory certificates
  • Assist in the submission, tracking, and closure of BOE and IRM on customs and bank portals (DGFT, EDPMS, etc.)
  • Maintain shipment trackers and internal Google Sheets workflows for ongoing consignments.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, banks, and regulatory authorities for timely documentation and clearances.
  • Collect and file regulatory documents (country-specific registrations, product certificates, etc.) as required.
  • Support the registration and compliance processes for new markets under the guidance of the senior executive.
  • Help maintain accurate digital records and documentation archives.
  • Handle other day-to-day operational tasks as delegated.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years' experience in export/import, shipping, or documentation will be a plus point.
  • Familiarity with international trade documents and Indian export/import procedures (DGFT, customs, BOE, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; ability to draft concise and professional communications
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and document management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
