Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Operations Executive, located on-site in Mumbai. The Junior Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily operational activities. This includes assisting in planning and executing various events, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting other departments as needed. The role also involves maintaining effective communication across teams, analyzing operational processes, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Operations Management and general Operations tasks
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and handle a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in event management or a related industry is a plus
