We are seeking a Relationship Manager with a banking or financial services background to join our growing team. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, providing timely support, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. It's an ideal next step for professionals from banking who enjoy client-facing roles and want to expand their exposure to the stock broking and investment space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Leverage your banking experience to understand financial needs and offer relevant support.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely query resolution for clients.
  • Maintain a professional and confident demeanor in all interactions.
  • Serve as the face of the company with a customer-first attitude.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream.
  • 1–2 years of experience in banking, client servicing, or relationship management.
  • Experience in front desk, customer service, or sales in a banking environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and mature personality.
  • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to handle high-value clients.
  • Approachable, presentable, and confident in managing face-to-face interactions.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate with banking experience)

  • Timings: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM
