About the Role Chayam Tea is looking for a Creative & Influencer Strategist who can think, ideate, script, and drive content that actually converts. You’ll lead our brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, social content, and creative direction for ads. This role requires someone who lives and breathes content — not someone who just “posts creatives.” You will directly shape how the world sees Chayam Tea. What You Will Do 1. Content Ideation & Creative Strategy Create weekly content ideas for ads, reels, hooks, campaigns Script 2–3 high-conversion reels/videos per week Translate founder vision → clear briefs for designers & editors Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints 2. Influencer Management Build & manage a monthly influencer pipeline Run influencer seeding & collabs Track ROI, views, engagement, conversions 3. Social Media Leadership Own the monthly content calendar Guide designers on what to create and why Ensure consistent posting rhythm with purpose 4. Creative for Performance Work with the performance team to produce high-ROAS creatives Create variations, hooks, scripts for ad testing Analyze content performance and iterate You’re a Fit If You: Understand D2C content Love brainstorming, scripting, and creative strategy Prefer ownership over handholding Know what makes content convert — not just “look pretty” To Apply — fill this Google Form: Location: Kolkata (On-site) Experience: 2–4 years Industry: D2C / FMCG / Content-led brands CTC: ₹40,000+
