About the RoleChayam Tea is looking for a Creative & Influencer Strategist who can think, ideate, script, and drive content that actually converts. You'll lead our brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, social content, and creative direction for ads. This role requires someone who lives and breathes content — not someone who just "posts creatives."You will directly shape how the world sees Chayam Tea.What You Will Do1. Content Ideation & Creative Strategy- Create weekly content ideas for ads, reels, hooks, campaigns- Script 2–3 high-conversion reels/videos per week- Translate founder vision → clear briefs for designers & editors- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints2. Influencer Management- Build & manage a monthly influencer pipeline- Run influencer seeding & collabs- Track ROI, views, engagement, conversions3. Social Media Leadership- Own the monthly content calendar- Guide designers on what to create and why- Ensure consistent posting rhythm with purpose4.
