Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced sales professionals to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the interior construction and design industry, specifically in sectors such as lighting, furniture, ceiling, partition, and flooring. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients, and promoting our customised luxury lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Identify and approach potential clients, presenting our bespoke lighting solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in the interior construction and design industry, specifically with lighting, furniture, ceiling, partition, or flooring products.
- Experience in selling designer lights is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a network of architects and interior designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and design concepts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to commute daily to meet clients and visit project sites.
Experience Levels:
- Junior Sales Position: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Mid-Level Sales Position: 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Sales Position: 8-10 years of relevant experience.
