Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders, handling customer inquiries, and executing ecommerce marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- E-Commerce and Quick commerce sales skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales optimization
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to e-commerce
- Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
