Greetings
We are hiring for one of our premium MNC client based in Navi Mumbai.
We are looking for candidates with 9+ years of experience in Process Excellence in Finance domain.
Must Have- Lean Six Sigma Black belt
Role & responsibilities
Strategy Development : Designing and implementing a continuous improvement strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Process Optimization : Analysing existing processes to identify areas for improvement and streamlining workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate change management.
Training and Development : Providing training and support to staff on CI methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Performance Metrics : Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
Project Management : Leading CI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement : Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the benefits of CI initiatives and secure buy-in.
Reporting and Analysis : Analysing data to drive decisions and reporting progress to senior leadership.
Overall, the CI Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving a culture of excellence and ensuring the organization remains competitive and responsive to market changes.
