Work experience

6 to 8 years (2 Years in a capacity of handling projects) from 3rd party BPO or captive centers. Good knowledge on BPO functions and processes with auditing & process mapping experience.


Job Description


The personnel will play a key role working with cross functional processes to understand business needs and apply relevant techniques to deliver quantifiable improvements.


To create procedures and SOPs under the general direction of the department head; to conduct walk-throughs for processes; to assist in the preparation of procedural documents, reports and audit processes if needed.


Job Profile

Perform and control the full process cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, compliance and goal achievement

Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Document process and prepare Value Stream Mapping as per requirement during new transitions or for any existing clients

Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Knowledge and skills


Proven working experience in corporate quality or should have proficiency in process mapping, creating process flows, SOPs etc.

Proficient PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Ability to work large data and to compile detailed reports

Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Sound independent judgement



Compensation range: up to 8.5 Lacs CTC


Location : Mumbai


Working hours: Monday to Saturday (6 day a week)
