With four factories, Perfect Companion exports healthy and affordable pet food worldwide to meet the needs of retailers, distributors, clinics, pet shops, and pet owners.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer, located in Greater Noida. The HR Officer will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day human resources tasks including recruitment,traning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Skills in Training % Devopement for inhouse Team and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the pet food industry is a plus.
