Perfect Companion is a leading global producer of pet food based in Thailand, renowned for its expertise in private labels and innovative products. With four factories, Perfect Companion exports healthy and affordable pet food worldwide to meet the needs of retailers, distributors, clinics, pet shops, and pet owners.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer, located in Greater Noida. The HR Officer will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day human resources tasks including recruitment,traning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Skills in Training % Devopement for inhouse Team and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the pet food industry is a plus.
