  • Manage End to End claims process from Claims Filing to Recovery from Carriers.

  • Identifying and resolving conflicts and obstacles their skills.
  • Mentoring, coaching and providing feedbacks to team members
  • Ensure client SLA’s and deliverables are met
  • Handle Customer complaints and able to prepare RCA & CAPA Perform requisite MIS Strong domain knowledge and able to support review process To be willing to work in all shifts (including nights). Drive initiatives and Team building activities. Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management. To attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements Conduct trainings for new joiners, submit accreditation to the client Work very closely with teams across delivery locations and client.
  • Specifications/Preference: The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of Work Experience in Claims, Subrogation & FNOL ( First Notice Of Loss)- Preferred
  • Prior experience in service/ BPO industry Has prior customer handling experience.
