Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure 100% site adherence: Monitor staff, schedules, and budgets rigorously, promptly addressing concerns and deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, respond promptly to quality-related client concerns, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Monitor work quality through images, maintain site supplies, and ensure team compliance with company cleaning standards through regular training and supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site information on the system by regularly reviewing and updating data, such as staff and site details. 
  • Effectively manage client relationships by addressing their needs, handling queries about services, and providing timely information such as job completion records and images.
  • Post jobs, conduct interviews, verify legal documents, and facilitate onboarding for on-site cleaning staff.
  • Maintain transparent communication, address concerns promptly, recognize contributions, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance, promptly report deviations, and collaborate with the legal team to address complex compliance issues, while regularly reviewing compliance policies to reflect changes in regulations and laws.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of both allocated manpower and budgets, promptly identifying and reporting any deviations or challenges related to adherence to the budgets.
