This is a fulltime position based inIndia .
Theideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily becustomerobsessed and have a growthmindset.
The purpose ofthis role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leadsand potential clients ensuring a smooth customer experience acrossa variety of Crimson programsby:
- Managingcontacting and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads toCrimson
- Providing resources to leads to informthem of opportunities with Crimson
- Working aspart of a high performing team to provide the best experience topotential Crimson students
What are the mainresponsibilities for this role
- Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads toqualify them for sales processes ensuring that data is diligentlyaccurately entered and managed within Crimsons Client RelationsManagement (CRM) system Salesforce
- Updatingthe record of these leads and tracking their movements to the nextstage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Track Crimson events and plan accordingly to reach out tothe event leads
- Schedule meetings for theleads to meet with Crimsons Academic Advisors and CountryManager
- Planning and running local events toincrease brand awareness for Crimson
- Establishdevelop and maintain positive and professional customerinteractions and relationships for Crimson
- Continuously improving sales techniques processes andenhancing industry knowledge
- Engaging inoutreach activities such as presenting at school talks careersexpos and Crimson seminars when required
- Attending industry events as required
- Collating fortnightly sales reports in an accurate andconcise manner for management
What skills and experience arerequired
- Proficient inEnglish Spoken/Written
- Experience in Customer Service CustomerSuccess
- Experience in university admissions(US & UK as priority) will be preferred but notrequired
- Excellent communicationskills
- Excellent organisationskills
- Professionalism Time and StressManagement Confidence Positive attitude (patience empathy)Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Experience in the Education or professional services(e.g. marketing agency financial services management consultinghospitality etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiplesystems and platforms
