Function Description:
 

As a member of UTCIPL collaborating with, and supporting the P&WC Leasing organization,

we are looking for a Customer Service professional who will act as an internal support and point of contact for the team managing our supplier accounts and internal customers. If you are customer oriented, like a dynamic work environment and have significant customer service experience, this opportunity is for you.

You will be responsible to support the Customer Service Representatives in their daily transactional tasks and supplier communications, with the objective to ensure a high service level to our suppliers and internal customers. This will require a strong ability to work with internal stakeholders, find solutions and build consensus.

Customer Support Specialist – SEA & Plant 5 Operations

Roles & Responsibilities :

Ordering of parts based on the planning requirements PO creation of new parts, exchange, sub-contract repairs etc, Open PO monitoring Stock transfers / interplant transfers Managing safety stock replenishment Extracting & analyzing reports from SAP Reviewing & analyzing Kanban requirements Daily & weekly KPI reporting Communications with external subcontract vendors Reviewing and processing of repair quotations Ensuring accuracy of SAP parameters Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Logistics & Materials Management team

Technical Experience:

Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and planning parameters General understanding of procurement principles

Qualification / General Experience:

Any bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience in material planning Experienced user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good analytical skills High level of English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work, accurately perform duties with constant activity in the area and pay close attention to detail. Must be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, relate to others and maintain flexibility with schedules of the department Open minded / Team player and good inter personnel skills
