About Client:-**

India's largest digital rewards back-end solutions company, working in the Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers space, owning 70% of the market share, having clientele spreads across 200+ across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-comm, and is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 250+ brand.

** Required Skills: **Proven track record in managing strategic alliances and partnerships, preferably in the fintech industry.Strong leadership and team management capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape and market trends.Proficiency in handling P&L responsibilities and legal aspects of partnerships.Ability to navigate technical aspects and drive efficient API integrations.Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and market trends.

** Key Responsibilities **

Existing Brand Relationships:-Oversee relationship aspects by leading and organizing mapping efforts within the organization.Supervise the servicing of existing brand relationships alongside the dedicated team.Collaborate with the Finance team to manage P&L for brands, ensuring commercial success.Work in tandem with the legal team to efficiently close agreements and manage legal aspects.Coordinate with the IT team to handle technical aspects ensuring seamless integration.

New Business Development & Servicing:-Lead the on-boarding process for new partnerships in collaboration with the direct team.

Analysis, and Brand Reviews:-Generate comprehensive reports and conduct thorough analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.

Market Understanding and Competitive Analysis:-Gain a deep understanding of the business, market needs, and competitive environment of our clients.

Execution and Negotiations :Facilitate coordination between the technical teams of our company and Partner Brands for API integration.Conduct negotiations with the Finance teams of Partner Brands to finalize commercial engagements.
