Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our global team responsible for container tracking and cargo operations. The ideal candidate will handle complex queries, coordinate with carriers, and ensure smooth shipment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage container tracking and cargo operations as part of a global team.
  • Handle complex stakeholder queries using internal processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot exceptional cases by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Address carrier and market-related shipment queries.
  • Coordinate with carriers and shipping lines for booking details.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for discrepancies and operational failures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and waste elimination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with strong communication (oral & written) and analytical skills.
  • 13 years of experience in an MNC handling documentation, order/transaction processing, or query resolution.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in shipping, supply chain, logistics, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to handle carrier performance calls and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Flexible to work in rotational night shifts (Latin America shift) and weekends.
  • Individual contributor role reporting to the Team Leader.
