Responsibilities:
Constantresearch on the catchment to identify key properties which can beacquired to do business with OYOMeetproperty owners and sell OYOs vision of providing comfortable staysfor manyBuild a joint business plan with theproperty owners in order to have a profitable business associationand bring them onboard our platformLiaisewith key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes liveon OYO platformPeriodic review of the SLAssigned off with the property ownersUpdatekey market trends and real estate developments in the designatedareaResolve issues arising between PropertyOwners and OYO s Operations/RevenueteamRequiredSkills:
