Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development professional at SAM AI Solutions. The role includes tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective client communication to drive business growth and foster client relationships.
QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation expertiseStrong Communication and Customer Service abilitiesPrevious experience in sales or business development rolesAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinkingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.Please ensure deals are structured to meet client needs and company profitability goals.Deliver engaging and effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Educate clients on the benefits and features of company offerings, customizing presentations to meet their specific needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and customer success.Keep up with market trends, providing insights and product or service improvement recommendations.
What We’re Looking ForExperience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, meeting revenue targets, and driving business growth.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.Experience in managing and growing client accounts.Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, IT, Software) may be required or highly beneficial.Understanding of the market trends and competitive landscape within the sector.
