Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Outbound Sales Specialist who has a passion for communication and is eager to grow in a remote working environment. This is an entry-level position, perfect for freshers or individuals with 0-5 years of experience who have the grit to excel in outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making a minimum of 50 dials a day, focusing on potential clients in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the North American region.
  • Engage in conversations to promote our software development services.
  • Build rapport with prospects and set appointments for further discussions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an organized record of interactions.
  • Achieve daily call targets (minimum 50 dials per day).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 0-5 years (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the North American market.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
