Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.About the Job: Looking for Test Lead/Specialist – Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365.Job Title: Test Lead/SpecialistLocation: BangaloreEducational Background: Post graduation/bachelor’s degree.Key ResponsibilitiesUAT Strategy & PlanningDefine UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows.Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations.Test Case ManagementOversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.Ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation , - Sales , CRM integrations).Team LeadershipLead and mentor UAT testers and business users.Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.Defect ManagementTrack, analyze, and escalate defects.Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.Environment & Data SetupEnsure UAT environment mirrors production.Manage test data preparation and validation.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365s (e.g., Sales - CRMforce, - Sales)Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Test Rail, or similar tools.Working experience on - Sales setup, configuration and validationFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.API Integration testingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.Preferred Experience1+ years in UAT/Test Management roles.Experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and APIExposure to mobile and web-based Sales - CRM tools.Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
