d to own and drive the test strategy for our products. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in
product test planning, production test systems, field device debugging, and validation of off-the-shelf device
s. The Test Engineering Lead will guide a team of test engineers, collaborate with design and system teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products to the field

  • y.Coordinate cross-functional reviews of test results, metrics, and reports with stakeholder
  • s.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and infrastructur

  • onsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related fie
  • ld.12+ years of experience in product/system testing, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior ro
