About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on Automation Test Lead
to architect, develop, and lead test automation solutions for enterprise-level systems. You'll be responsible for defining the automation strategy, building frameworks from scratch, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring seamless integrations across web, API, and cloud environments.

Must have:

  • Framework set up from scratch
  • Dynamic 365
  • Python , c#, Java
  • Playwright automation tool
  • Pytest framework
  • BDD framework
  • API and UI (D365) integration testing
  • AWS cloud DB
  • SharePoint

Key Skills & Tech Stack

  • Strong experience in
    automation framework design
    (POM, BDD, Hybrid, Data-Driven)
  • Proficiency in
    Playwright
    ,
    Pytest
    , and
    BDD frameworks
  • Programming in Python
    ,
    C#
    , or
    Java
  • Expertise in API and UI (D365) integration testing
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    ,
    AWS Cloud Databases
    , and
    SharePoint
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
    (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab)
  • Solid understanding of
    automation strategy, execution, and defect tracking

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end automation testing lifecycle — from planning and scripting to reporting.
  • Collaborate with BA, Dev, and PM teams to translate business requirements into automated tests.
  • Design, implement, and maintain
    reusable automation frameworks
    across platforms.
  • Integrate automated tests with
    continuous delivery pipelines
    .
  • Drive
    API testing
    (Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI).
  • Oversee
    test environment stability
    and version control (Git / Bitbucket).
  • Mentor junior automation engineers
    , review code, and establish QA best practices.
  • Continuously enhance testing tools, frameworks, and test data management approaches.

Available between
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
for collaboration and support.
