Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for bakery products in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Regularly prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
