
Sr. Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for bakery products in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Regularly prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
