Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect The primary role of this position is to design and develop a cutting-edge AI infrastructure on the AWS cloud platform, tailored for pharmaceutical business use-cases. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of a GPU-based AI infrastructure platform with a focus on supporting Generative AI workloads and advanced analytics for pharma business use-cases. Work closely with biomedical research scientists to develop technical solutions for ML/Ops hosted on K8 EKS clusters. Oversee data storage, retrieval, and processing pipelines, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets. Implement robust security measures for multi-cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with biomedical research and data scientists to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of the platform, including monitoring and scaling resources as needed. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI and cloud infrastructure, exploring new ways to enhance the platform's capabilities. Requirements: Strong technical experience delivering infrastructure services across geographic and business boundaries. Experience working with GPU-based AI infrastructures and NVIDIA DGX is highly preferred. Deep understanding of architecture and design with a focus on data science, ML/Ops, and bio science or pharma Gen AI foundational models. Extensive experience building infra solutions on AWS, particularly with services like AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, Sage Maker, ECS/EKS. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Ia C, and monitoring solutions. Excellent collaboration skills with business users, product teams, and security for implementing compliance. Good knowledge of implementing well-defined change management processes for platforms and products.
