Job Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will have a rare opportunity to work in this fast-growing industry, helping our clients enhance and enrich their sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Qualification:

A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Bioinformatics, and preferably an MBA from a good institute.

Technical / Functional Skills:
  • Find and qualify new clients.
  • Research, source, and accurately qualify prospects and establish needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns and plan activities to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct targeted sales calls to promote services and close leads.
  • Initiate conversations with senior professionals and key decision makers.
  • Capture accurate data and maintain detailed communication documentation through CRM tools.
Work Experience:
  • 1-7 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Relevant experience in CRO / CRAMS / Biotech / Pharma sector.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Business and Selling Skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
