We are hiring for Zonal Sales Manager (Hospitality) for one of our clients in Kolkatta.
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategy to achieve sales targets and revenues- Plan and drive initiatives in zone to achieve overall sales objectives- Identify the critical issues of the Zone affecting sales targets and take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed- Development and expansion of market reach with new customer relationships- Managing relationship with key people- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution dealers and channel partners- Meet with Hospitality clients, architechts and interior designers to build and maintain relationships- Represent client at key functions such as trade fairs, industry exhibitions etc.- Negotiate and prepare trading agreements with hoteliers in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels- Ensuring all the trainings are attended by distributors and channel partners- Communicate regularly with the team on various policies, processes and guidelines with respect to Client's products- Conduct regular team reviews- Ensure adoption and usage of sales force with a view to set standard performance review mechanism- Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right people- Collaborate with different department heads as per requirements- Collaborate with marketing team to efficiently manage and expand display centers with a view to increase customer traction and engagement- Carry out intensive field visits and interact with dealers and end users- Regularly audit inventory levels and take action if required- Support in marketing related activities in collaboration with Marcom
