POSITION NAME: Salesforce Einstein Consultant


REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE:

Essential: Overall 8+ years out of which 3+ years hands-on on Einstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery


JOB LOCATION: Mumbai


Key Result Areas:


  • Own the Einstein Analytics track at the Godrej Divisions
  • Demonstrate the art of possible using CRM Analytics
  • Roadmap and implementation of rich, advances analytics including predictive insights, next best actions
  • Model development and accurate predictions using Einstein discovery.


Job Description:


  • Custom Report and Dashboard Development using Einstein Design/Development of changes required for data extraction logic, data transformation, and validations using Dataflow Technical design documents
  • Development on Einstein Snapshotting functionality
  • Enabling and Leveraging Einstein replication feature
  • Performance tuning of ETL, Report/Dashboards Unit test documents RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents for Support issues Hands-on experience with JSON, shell scripting, SQL, Python, Java, SOQL and SAQL
  • Configure and import data into Datasets from different source systems (from Salesforce Sale & Service Cloud and external data sources)
  • Build Complex Dashboards using SAQL & develop Stories in Einstein Discovery Experience with ETL tools (Wave Connector, Data Integrator, etc.) a strong plus.
  • Experience in preparing/finetuning Models as part of Einstein Discovery.
  • Experience in making accurate predictions.
  • Good knowledge/experience in prediction algorithms.
  • Good experience in applying performance considerations for Model/Prediction.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce-s technical architecture - APIs, Custom Objects, APEX
  • Experience of performance optimization of visualizations built on large datasets
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills


REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:

Essential: BE in any branch or MCA
