Job Description Job Title: Product Sales Executive / Manager Experience: 8+ years Location: Bangalore, Delhi & Hyderabad Industry: ERP / Software Solutions About the Company A well-established technology organization (founded in 1990) that has grown into one of India’s trusted providers of ERP solutions. The company delivers domain-focused ERP products for real estate, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, owner associations, and HR operations. Its flagship real estate ERP platform is widely adopted across the industry and continuously enhanced by a dedicated product and innovation team. Role Overview The Product Sales professional will drive direct IT product sales, manage client engagement, and support lead generation across assigned territories. This role demands strong experience in software/ERP sales and requires 60–70% travel. Primary Skills Required IT Product Sales Software / ERP Sales Lead Generation Client Engagement & Presentations Local Market Understanding Direct Sales Experience Key Responsibilities A) Marketing Management Monitor and optimize performance of social media and online channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate organic and inorganic leads across multiple geographies. Participate in CREDAI / NAREDCO and similar industry events to build a strong prospect pipeline and expand market penetration in regions with low product presence. Coordinate with advertising agencies for print and electronic marketing collateral as required. Develop marketing strategies for sub-products to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing and new customers. B) Sales Management Oversee commercial proposals, quotations, and contract documentation to ensure alignment and accuracy across sales teams. Support business growth by expanding the sales team in different regions based on requirements. Manage and coordinate with the pre-sales team to maintain a feature wish-list aligned with market needs, and work with Product Team Leaders on enhancements and upgrades. C) Loyalty Management Build and maintain a robust database of existing product users and nurture strong relationships, as they form a major source of new prospects. Ensure users are enrolled in the company’s customer community platform for ongoing engagement. Develop and execute up-sell strategies in coordination with Account Managers to introduce additional products and services to existing customers.
