Corporate Communications:-Anchor external messaging for the company, corporate newsletters, manage press release formulation, writing, and dissemination , manage external crisis communications -Manage a team of content writers & external partners & relevant IL stakeholder relationship Soft Skills-Very strong communication skills, writing and content editing skills-Story telling-Effectively delegate tasks and manage team members -Take ownership with a go-getter attitude and robust inter-personal skills-Ability to handle pressure and get things done in a high-paced work environment-Analytical skills and ability to connect the dots; Attention to detail-Flexibility and ability to multi-task Additional Responsibilities: •Experience in writing/reviewing content and thought leadership•Extensive experience in leading content marketing or background of leading content domain/teams •Worked with Social Media/PR/Journalist •Has any of these core skills - English literature, journalism, core content writing/editing etc•Understands BPM/ BPM industry•13+ year of relevant experience •Master’s degree like English literature , background in journalism is an added advantage•Soft skill – Strong English language command, writing content, - someone who has the ability of storytelling, •Experience like interaction with journalists,, leaders, pr management, thought leadership. •Copy writes, writing content, build strategy etc•A leader who can drive the team
