We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the execution of below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, manage marketing information systems (MIS), and streamline marketing operations. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BTL strategies and a knack for data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

BTL Marketing Planning, Execution & Monitoring:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BTL marketing initiatives such as OOH branding , including auto branding , bus branding , hoardings , and co-branded boards .
  • Maintain and build relationships with BTL partner agencies , handling cost negotiations, strategy planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all BTL marketing activities .
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, generating detailed reports and actionable insights for the marketing team.
  • Work closely with regional supply teams to ensure that region-specific BTL marketing needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events , managing venue bookings, material preparation, and providing on-site support as needed.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials , including digital content (videos, display ads), OOH creatives , brochures, and flyers.
  • Own the purchase order process , collaborating with brand managers and finance teams to streamline operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as budget tracking , invoice processing , and PO generation .

Marketing Information Systems (MIS) Management:

  • Maintain and update marketing databases and MIS to ensure accuracy and availability of up-to-date information.
  • Generate and analyze marketing reports to track performance metrics, customer engagement, and market trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI .


Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing)
  • 0-1 year of experience in BTL marketing , marketing support , or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of BTL marketing strategies , tactics , and execution.
  • Proficiency in MIS and data analysis for campaign performance and market trend tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms .
