Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and new market segments.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence and differentiation.
  • Campaign Development:
  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, display, content marketing).
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, ads, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Manage partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships to amplify brand reach.
  • Have worked and ran ads on Google,LinkedIn,Meta
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Design and execute lead generation programs through paid media, organic efforts, and partnerships.
  • Build nurturing workflows and email sequences to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for CPL (cost per lead), CAC (customer acquisition cost), and ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and growth.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, sales cycles, and customer feedback.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within EdTech,.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education technology space.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with video marketing and webinar hosting platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
