Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring international clients mainly targeting the US & EMEA region.
  • Identify key target markets and industries for intelligence pricing solutions.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises, with a focus on international clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness in the international sales landscape.

Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.
  • Provide input on product positioning based on client feedback and market demand.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to finalise contracts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Must’ve experience selling enterprise solutions to international & global clients in IT industry


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in end to end enterprise sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Previous experience in handling large ticket-size clients. ($50K and above)
