Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our enterprise AI products – Lingo, Lingo Forge, and TXTR.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, NLP, or related fields, along with a proven track record in product management.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive the product vision for Lingo, Lingo Forge, and TXTR.
Create and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer requirements.
Define success metrics and track product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive AI-based product features, including speech-to-text, NLP, OCR/ICR, token creation, and enterprise GPT capabilities.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify new opportunities to enhance product offerings.
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, RFP responses, and customer onboarding.
Manage customer expectations and act as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop GTM strategies for new product features and releases, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive adoption.
Conduct competitive analysis to position Sand Logic's AI products effectively in the market.
Create compelling product messaging and work with marketing to develop product collateral, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions, identify trends, and drive product development priorities.
Monitor product usage, customer feedback, and market conditions to optimize the product strategy continuously.
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise software, AI, or NLP products.
Experience managing AI-based products such as speech recognition, natural language processing, or document processing.
Familiarity with enterprise AI concepts such as LLMs, OCR/ICR, speech analytics, and role-based data access.
Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, NLP, and OCR.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with B2 B Saa S products, enterprise software, or AI/ML frameworks.
Familiarity with LLMs, data security, or on-premises deployment solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead a product from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment.
