Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies that align with Bluestone's brand vision, customer needs, and market trends in the jewelry sector.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle stages, from concept development to market launch, ensuring timely delivery within quality and budgetary constraints.
- Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend assessments to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Design & Manufacturing Teams: Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility, cost management, and high-quality output that meets brand standards.
- Pricing & Profitability: Define product pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability margins.
- Launch Planning & Execution: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, including launch timelines, promotional plans, and partnership opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct data-driven analyses and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for identifying growth opportunities and aligning product strategy with company goals.
- Attention to Details: Strong eye for detail to ensure product quality and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion industry.
