Job Description – Full Stack Developer

Position: Junior - Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Kharadi, PuneDepartment: IT - Software Reports To: Sr. Manager - IT Experience:1-2 year Job timing: 6 days a week, 10 AM - 07 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our growing technology team. The role involves developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, handling both frontend and backend development, integrating third-party services, and ensuring seamless deployment and scalability of products.

This is a critical position that will support ongoing and upcoming product initiatives by building robust, user-friendly, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web and mobile applications (frontend & backend).
  • Develop and implement responsive UI/UX features for various platforms.
  • Work on APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
  • Enhance and maintain existing portals, websites, and applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Conduct POCs and feasibility checks for new technologies and product ideas.
  • Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Support and contribute to feature enhancements, issue resolution, and new product rollouts.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, / Angular /

  • Proficiency in backend technologies: , , Java, Python, or PHP (as per stack).
  • Strong knowledge of databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • Experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
  • Familiarity with payment gateway integrations, SSO, and security implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
