We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Front-End Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge applications built on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.Job Description: Responsibilities: Front-End Development Excellence: Lead full-stack web development projects with a primary focus on the MERN stack, bringing at least 3+ years of team leadership experience. Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js. Build scalable and reusable UI components aligned with established design systems. Leverage Tailwind CSS for fast, efficient styling while maintaining consistency. Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-quality code. Prioritize user experience to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces. Full Stack Collaboration: Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components via RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions. Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high code reliability. Optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Actively engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide mentorship to junior developers. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment. Staying Current: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and the MERN stack. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and technical knowledge. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js. Proven experience in building and implementing design systems. Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles. Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end integration. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. Familiarity with MongoDB. Knowledge of GraphQL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Webpack or similar build tools. Experience with UI component libraries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
