Develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.Job Description: Job Description: Lead Developer / Dev Lead - Creative Automation (L35) Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of custom workflows for creative production and automation using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly. Architect and design scalable solutions that integrate Adobe APIs (Creative Cloud Libraries API, Photoshop API, Firefly Services API). Mentor and guide a team of full-stack developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. Oversee the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Extend integrations with other creative partners, cloud services, and APIs to enhance creative automation capabilities. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in creative automation. Skills and Competencies: Extensive experience in Node.js and server-side JavaScript. Strong background in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Expertise in workflow design and development for cloud-scale workflows, using pro-code or low-code/no-code workflow builder tools Deep Expertise in API development and integration. Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Proficiency in back-end app development stack and technologies for event-driven workflows and serverless actions Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Previous Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects. Experience with creative automation tools and workflows is highly desirable. Preferred Experience: Experience working with creatives and within the creative domain, actively using creative technology, to accelerate and optimize creative production Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies. Familiarity with vision models and multi-modal models. Knowledge of using AI to enhance creative automation workflows. Experience with Adobe’s app development framework – Adobe App Builder
