**Description**

The Junior Purchase Executive will collaborate with the procurement team to assist in acquiring materials, goods, and services essential for the organization. This position focuses on identifying suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring on-time deliveries, and keeping comprehensive records of all procurement activities.

**Responsibility**
- Help procure raw materials, equipment, and services as needed.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget limits.
- Assess potential suppliers by price, quality, service, and delivery.
- Manage current supplier relationships.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Assist with regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Price Comparison and Analysis
- Keep accurate records of procurement activities, including orders, agreements, and invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation skills, cost reduction focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
