This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders .Key Responsibilitie s: Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issue s. Synthesise complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadershi p. Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impact s. Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trend s.
