A bit flexible for the right candidate.More About the RoleLet's be real: this isn't just a "schedule some posts and call it a day" kind of role.We need a social media Swiss Army knife who understands the full picture. You'll be managing content calendars, coordinating with writers, reviewing publishing schedules, and preparing strategy documents that actually get executed.You'll need to get your hands dirty understanding our clients' products—like, really understand them. We're talking "explain a complex e-commerce tech product to your grandma" level understanding.Because if you can't grasp what makes the product special, how will you make anyone else care?This role spans everything from high-level strategy (quarterly planning, campaign ideation, audience building) to nitty-gritty execution (writing compelling copy, designing scroll-stopping graphics in Canva, or sharing a design brief with the designer and yes, responding thoughtfully to comments).Oh, and you'll need to be comfortable ghostwriting thought leadership pieces for C-suite executives who want to sound brilliant on LinkedIn but don't have the time to write it themselves. You won't find corporate stiffness here—just passionate folks who believe in making B2B content actually worth consuming.So, what would you ACTUALLY be doing?PRODUCT IMMERSION: Becoming the unofficial product expert so you can translate complex features into "this solves my exact problem" content.STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Creating platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram with clear business goals and measurable outcomes.CONTENT CREATION: Writing everything from thought leadership articles to punchy captions that stop the scroll.PROJECT & CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Keeping all the moving pieces organized by managing content calendars, coordinating with writers to ensure quality and deadlines, reviewing publishing schedules across platforms, and preparing comprehensive strategy documents that turn ideas into executable plansDESIGN COLLABORATION: Working with our designers to create visual content OR rolling up your sleeves to create your own graphics using Canva when needed.EXECUTIVE GHOSTWRITING: Capturing the voice and expertise of client executives to craft LinkedIn posts and articles that position them as industry thought leaders.COMMUNITY BUILDING: Engaging with comments, starting conversations, and turning engagements into relationships that eventually become leads.CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: Planning, executing, and measuring multi-platform campaigns that align with client business objectives.TRENDS & INSIGHTS: Staying ahead of platform changes and industry trends to keep our content fresh and effective.ANALYTICS & REPORTING: Not just gathering numbers, but extracting actual insights that inform future strategy.You're definitely our person if:You've got 1-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS social media marketing with demonstrable results.You can show us examples of how you've taken complex products and made them understandable and compelling.Your LinkedIn and Instagram work demonstrates both strategic thinking AND flawless execution.You have a portfolio of ghostwritten content that sounds authentically human (and got meaningful engagement).You're comfortable with design tools like Canva and can create professional-looking graphics when needed.You understand that engagement isn't just a metric—it's a conversation starter that can lead to actual business.You're equally comfortable planning a quarterly content strategy AND jumping in to respond to comments.You have examples of how your social media work directly contributed to pipeline generation or revenue.At Springzo, you'll have the opportunity to own social media strategies for brands that are changing how business gets done.
