**JOB BRIEF**

Our company is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us create original and engaging content for our social media accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, reels and images—suitable for the various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,Whatsapp and YouTube
- Prepare content calendar and publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximise engagement, reach, and sales
- Work with internal marketing, creative teams to produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content and to get understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites and social media pages
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
- Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs
- Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics
- Have knowledge in the latest social media trends and enjoy creating and experimenting it
- Study and prepare new ways to promote company offerings and to reach customers.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media practices and trends
- Ensuring our brand makes a relevant online presence
- Taking our ideas and creating/editing/posting them on social media
- Create 5-6 posts per week. Some Stories, some Reels, some normal feed
- Should be Presently Active on Instagram, Facebook & Whatsapp.

**Education**:Any

**Experience**
- Minimum Experience : 6 Months
- Maximum Experience : 1 Years

**Requirements and Skills**
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Familiarity with editing software
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
