Experience: 1–2 years Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram etc Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and short-form content Write catchy, conversion-driven copy tailored for B2B audiences Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement Leverage provided SOPs and tools to streamline campaigns Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop etc) to produce content Preferred Skills & Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in social media management. Designing and producing engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's mission and values. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Communicating directly with the audience, responding to questions and comments, and managing online community interactions. Good to Have: Experience in content creation and managing social media channels for B2B or agency or SaaS is a plus. What We Offer: Remote first policy.
