About NorthLadder:

NorthLadder is a leading trade-in platform that enables individuals and businesses to efficiently trade in pre-owned electronics. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive our digital marketing efforts, support clients as a trade-in partner, manage content, and contribute to the growth of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  2. Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  3. Collaborate with clients who partner with NorthLadder for trade-in services, providing marketing support and guidance.
  4. Assist clients in creating compelling content and visuals for their marketing campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  5. Maintain and update content on the NorthLadder website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  6. Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and videos, to attract and engage target audiences.
  7. Manage partner websites using WordPress, ensuring timely updates and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
  8. Source and manage freelancers, outsourced agencies, translators, and other external resources required for digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.

Atleast 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and website management.

Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

Strong creative and writing skills with the ability to generate engaging content.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
