You'll be interacting with the marketing team. You'll join a close-knit team of top talent to define the next generation of our cloud-based product, used globally by many lab users. We are looking for a highly skilled trade show coordinator with expertise in managing physical and virtual trade shows efficiently.

**What will you be doing?**
- Compare various marketing opportunities, zero in on the right one, and negotiate with trade show vendors to secure the most appropriate marketing opportunity.
- Manage complete pre and post-show work of the trade shows where we are exhibiting, including booth booking, logistics, warehousing of exhibition materials, giveaways, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Find and shortlist relevant trade shows, compare them, and recommend the most appropriate ones for each of our target industries.
- Regularly update the trade show document with the major decisions taken for each trade show.
- Prepare a checklist of to-do items and a marketing plan for each trade show.
- Prepare an agenda for each trade show and share it with the booth staff.
- Review trade show analytics to determine the events where we should re-exhibit or re-attend for lead generation.
- Coordinate the administration, bookings, and travel and lodging of staff members attending trade shows.
- Manage the mechanics and marketing of virtual trade shows and webinars.
- Identify the right journals or vendors to promote our webinars/talks and work with them to maximize lead generation.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that our event-specific website banner and landing pages go live as per the predefined deadline.
- Prepare an expense report and determine the customer acquisition cost of each trade show.
- Ensure trade show analytics and webinar analytics are correct at all times.



**Required**
- More than 3 years of experience in managing physical and virtual events. Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent related experience.
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Proficiency with writing and presentation tools, such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Experience working for a laboratory informatics company or an event management company
