Creative Head

Location: Jaipur Rajasthan (WFO)

Experience : 4 Yrs to 7yrs

Pay Range: 8 to 15 LPA

Job Summary:

The Creative Head will lead and oversee the creative strategy, vision, and execution across all brand communication, campaigns, and design initiatives. This role requires a highly imaginative leader who can inspire creative teams, conceptualize innovative ideas, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The Creative Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compelling storytelling, engaging content, and impactful campaigns that elevate the brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead the creative team (designers, copywriters, video editors, content creators, etc.) in delivering innovative campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential, ATL/BTL).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.
  • Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to creative team members.
  • Oversee production of content, graphics, videos, photography, and other creative assets.
  • Stay updated with global design, digital, and branding trends to inspire innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Evaluate creative performance and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in creative/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and creative innovations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
